FOUNDER & CEO

A graduate of Development Communications, Maurine began her freelancing career in 2010. Through years of hands-on experience, supporting multiple projects and companies, she built a dedicated team that mirrors her professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to excellence - training them to consistently exceed client expectations.

Despite being an IT undergraduate, Chover has built a solid foundation in leadership and operations management through years of hands-on experience in the service industry. Having served as a Station and Team Leader across various fast-food chains, he developed strong skills in employee management, customer service, and public relations — qualities that now define his leadership style at Elevare Global Support. With his people-first approach and operational insight, Chover ensures that Elevare’s day-to-day activities run efficiently and seamlessly. His ability to connect with both clients and team members allows him to uphold the company’s standards of excellence, discipline, and collaboration — driving a workplace that’s organized, proactive, and success-oriented.
